基于第二代小波变换的电力设备图像特征提取

Image Feature Extraction of Electrical Power Equipment Based on Second Generation Wavelet Transform

给出了第二代小波用于图像信号突变 (瞬态 )特征提取的算法 ,即通过第二代小波变换提取出图像中的局部突变特征 ,并与第一代小波变换进行了比较 ,分析其优点与不足。在实际应用中 ,将该算法用于电力系统高压绝缘子裂纹故障图像的特征提取 ,结果表明该方法具有算法简单、运行速度快、小波构造简单等优点 。

According to the theory of second generation wavelet transform,a new approach of image feature extraction is proposed.Compared with the first generation wavelet transform,The advantage and disadvantage of this approach are analysed.This novel technique is simple,fast and efficient.Then,the appliaction of the approach in image feature extraction of a insulator in power transmission shows that the result is acceptable and the approach is pratical.
