摘要
报道了利用颗粒状活性炭固载对甲苯磺酸作催化剂 ,在微波辐射下 ,快速合成乙酸环己酯。实验结果显示 ,当微波功率为 40 0W ,催化剂用量为 0 .8g ,n(醇 ) :n(酸 ) =1.5:1,反应时间仅为 3 0min ,酯化率为 96.7%。另外通过实验发现 ,微波辐射下 。
It was reported that the synthesis of cyclohexyl acetate catalyzed by p -toluenesulfonic acid supported on activated carbon under microwave irradiation. The experiment results showed that when powers of microwave irradiation was 400W, amount of catalyst was 1.2 g, molar ratio of alcohol to acid was 1.5:1, reaction time was 30 min , yield of the product was 96.0 %. In addition, it was found that under microwave irradiation, the reaction rate of esterification, yield of the product was higher than that of conventional heating method.
