摘要
建立了一种利用毛细管电泳测定银杏叶片中橙皮素、芦丁和槲皮素的方法。研究了缓冲溶液pH值和浓度、分离电压和进样时间对分离的影响 ,在优化的条件下 ,10min内实现了三种物质的良好分离。橙皮素、芦丁和槲皮素分别在 0 0 3~ 0 80、0 0 6~ 1 0 0 ,0 0 4~ 0 90mg/mL浓度范围内和峰电流成线性关系 ,线性相关系数分别为 0 9992、0 9976、0 9991,检出限分别为 0 0 0 5、0 0 0 9和 0 0 0 6mg/mL。
A method was developed to determine hesperetin,rutin and quercetin in ginkgo biloba L.tablet.The effects of buffer pH and concentration,applied voltage and injection time were investigated.Under the optimized conditions,good separation for the three analytes was found in less than ten min.A good linearity between peak current and concentration was found in the 0 03~0 80( r =0 9992)?0 06~1 00( r =0 9976),0 04~0 90(r=0 9991)mg/mL range for hesperetin.rutin and quercetin,respectively.The detection limits was 0 005?0 009 and 0 006mg/mL for hesperetin,rutin and quercetin,respectively.
