Equilibrium Distribution Model for Multicomponent Rare Earth Extraction

萃取平衡分配数据是进行萃取流程工艺优化设计及萃取生产过程控制的基本依据。本文提出了一种应用RBF神经网络建立多组分稀土萃取平衡分配数学模型的方法,通过萃取分离生产现场实测数据的建模仿真,验证了该方法的有效性。

The distribution data of extraction equilibrium serves as the basis for process optimization, design and control of the extraction production process.The mathematical model for equilibrium distribution for multicomponent rare earth extraction is developed using neural networks. Simulation experiments with industrial operations data of the extraction production process prove the effectiveness of the proposed modelling approach.
