某发射装置扭板式平衡机的设计

Design of the Wrest-Plate Balancer in Some Launcher

针对某飞行器发射装置的结构特点,给出了扭板式平衡机设计主要参数的计算及其加工工艺。相应的扭转测试表明,试验结果与计算结果基本一致,平衡曲线平滑,性能满足总体要求。

The major parameter computation and processing technique of the wrestplate balancer design in some launcher are presented according to the structural characters of the launcher in this paper. The twisting experiment is showed that the experiment results are concordant to the computation generally. The balance line is even. The performance of the balancer is met the system requirements.
