油菜雄性不育基因的研究进展

Advance in studies on sterile genes of brassica napus

靶苔属植物包括了许多重要的蔬菜作物,其育种工作越来越受到重视,特别是油菜雄性不育基因的应用,使芸苔属蔬菜的杂种优势利用越来越广泛。本文论述了杂种优势和“三系”配套技术的应用原理及国内在甘蓝型油菜雄性不育基因方面的一些研究,并在油菜不育基因转育菜心方面进行了一些探讨。

There are many kinds of important vegetables in brassica, so the Breed- ing about Brassica vegetables is emphasized. Utilization of heterosis i n Brassica vegetable, especially the application of rape sterile genes, is more and more noticeable, In this paper, we give a brief survey ab- out studies on sterile genes of Brssica napus in China, and look into the possibility transferring the rape sterile genes to Brassica parach- inensis.
