庐山石韦中黄酮的提取工艺研究

Study on the Extraction Condition of Flavonoids in Pyrrosia Sheareri

以芦丁为对照品,通过正交试验设计,确定了以乙醇为溶剂的庐山石韦中黄酮提取的最佳条件为料液比为1:20的55%乙醇溶液在80℃条件下浸提5h.在此条件下,总黄酮的得率为5.91%.

Contrast to Lutin, the best condition of extraction technique for flavonoids from Pyrrosia Sheareri(Bak) Ching are optimized with orthogonal experiment. They are 55% alcohol which is 20 times of the medicine amount extracting 5 hours in 80 ℃. The yield of GF is 5.91%.
