摘要 用气体燃料代替汽油,是目前解决城市空气污染的一个可行方法。为减少改装成本,气体燃料系统多采用通用型的减压蒸发器和人工调整的功率调节器,而混合器则采用结构简单的文丘里式。但减压蒸发器和混合器中的设计是各自独立进行的,因而存在着匹配上的问题。虽然功率调节器可对某一工况进行调整。但对其它工况则无能为力。使用液化石油气(LPG),就东风6100汽油机与我国应用较广的国外某公司的减压蒸发器与上述的混合器和功率调节器做了匹配试验。从中发现,从怠速到最大负荷等多种工况,发动机性能均未处于最佳的工作状态。本文就这些问题产生的原因及解决的办法分别进行了论述。 In order to reduce exhaust emissions of vehicles in cities gaseous fuel is used.Though the electronic injection systems are effective,the costs for carburetor gasoline engines to be equipped with gaseous fuel system are high.The popular methods for reforming the above gasoline engines are to employ gaseous fuel mixer/gasoline carburetor system.This gaseous fuel system consists generally of vaporizer,mixer and efficiency regulator.Usually,the vaporizer is in common use,the mixer is in simple type consisting of a fixed ventruri gas ring,and the efficiency regulator is adjusted by hand.Due to the independently respective designs of the vaporizer(from aboard)and the mixer(made in China)there are matching problems.The problems raise the amounts of fuel consumption and emission HC.The efficiency regulator has only a little influence on the problems.The solutions of these problems are also described in this paper. 
