太阳能违章占用应急车道抓拍系统的实现

摘要 笔者提出了一种基于太阳能和无线VPN网络违章占用应急车道抓拍系统的实现方案,给出了系统实现框架和具体实现的方法,该方案利用太阳能供电系统采用视频检测技术对占用应急车道车辆进行检测抓拍,通过无线VPN网络将违章图片和信息发送至后台服务器。阐述了相应的视频检测方法以及VPN搭建方法,该实现方案适用于无法进行有线网络传输、无市电供应的应用场景,具有很高的实用价值。 This paper puts forward a kind of capture system of vehicles which occupy the emergency lane based on solar energy and wireless VPN network,System implementation framework and concrete implementation method is given,the scheme using solar energy power supply system using video detection technology to capture vehicles which take up the emergency lane.Through wireless VPN network images and informations are sent to the backend server.The thesis expounds the corresponding video detection method,and method of VPN to build.The implementation scheme is suitable for to wireless network transmission,and no supply of electric power,has the very high practical value.
