摘要 人工智能是一门研究利用计算机模拟特定思维过程和智能行为的学科,涵盖了数据挖掘和深度学习两种数学方法。在具有充分数据源的地方,人工智能可以展现出非凡应用。目前,一些信息化技术走在前列的高校数控教学,已基本实现了基于信息化的教学过程管理,已有大量的数据沉淀,为以数据和计算为基础的人工智能奠定了数据基础。随着人工智能+智能制造模式的出现,人工智能技术和自动化技术在中高职数控教学领域的需求日益明显。笔者围绕传统高校数控领域教学的缺陷与不足,在现有信息化的基础上,应用机器学习、数据挖掘等手段实现人工智能,以提升高校数控专业教学质量。 Artificial intelligence(AI)is a subject that studies the use of computers to simulate specific thinking processes and intelligent behaviors.It covers two mathematical methods:data mining and in-depth learning.Where there are sufficient data sources,AI can demonstrate extraordinary applications.At present,some information technology in the forefront of NC teaching in colleges and universities,has basically realized the information-based teaching process management,has a large number of data precipitation,laid the data foundation for data and computing-based artificial intelligence.With the emergence of artificial intelligence+intelligent manufacturing mode,the demand of artificial intelligence technology and automation technology in the field of numerical control teaching in secondary and higher vocational colleges is increasingly obvious.Focusing on the shortcomings and shortcomings of traditional NC teaching in colleges and universities,the author applies machine learning,data mining and other means to realize artificial intelligence on the basis of existing informatization,in order to improve the teaching quality of NC specialty in colleges and universities.
