集成塔台技术和空管场景中应用的建议

Integrated Tower Technology and Application Suggestion in Domestic Air Traffic Control Industry

集成塔台技术作为空管行业发展的新技术趋势,在国际空管行业已得到了一定程度的应用,如NavCanada公司和Frequentis公司已有应用于国际空管行业的产品。笔者针对集成塔台技术的概念,先介绍国际上相关产品的设计和理念,再结我国空管行业塔台管制运行的合实际情况,提出集成塔台技术在我国空管行业内应用的建议,实现塔台席位的集成化和专业化,达到优化管制工作程序的目的。

Integration tower technology,as a new trend in international air traffic control industry,has began to be applied,and some companies like Nav Canada and Frequentis,have both developed mature products,which are used in Canada and Europe.This paper,according to the idea of integration tower technology,introduces the structure and principal of some mature products,and gives some suggestions about the application in domestic tower air traffic control,for the purpose of integration and specialization of the tower positions and optimization of the tower air control procedures.
