摘要
由于当前数据链设备已大量交付并大面积使用,后期的技术维护需要消耗大量的人力物力。为满足对数据链设备定检和排故的需求,对比传统人工测试的缺陷,结合自动测试的发展,笔者对ATML标准的发展进行总结和归纳,分析了ATML在自动测试系统中的可实现性,设计基于ATML的数据链设备自动测试系统,达到可靠、通用、高效、便捷以及自动化的测试目标。
Since the current data link equipment has been delivered in large quantities and used in large areas,the later technical maintenance requires a lot of manpower and material resources.In order to meet the requirements of data chain equipment inspection and troubleshooting,compared with the defects of traditional manual testing,combined with the development of automatic testing,the author summarizes and summarizes the development of ATML standards,and analyzes the realizability of ATML in automatic test system.Designed an ATML-based data link equipment automated test system to achieve reliable,versatile,efficient,convenient and automated test objectives.
