笔者以颜色识别技术应用为例,讨论如何对产品的部件颜色进行识别,并对颜色的排列顺序进行检测,给出颜色排列顺序是否正确的判断结果,通过机器自动识别代替人工识别,达到节省人工成本、提高生产效率、提高质量的效果。

This article is an example of the application of color recognition technology,discusses how to identify the color of the parts of the product,and detects the order of the colors,gives the judgment result of whether the color arrangement order is correct,and replaces the manual recognition by automatic recognition of the machine to save.Labor costs,improved production efficiency,and improved quality.
