vBRAS在城域网中的实践与研究

Practice and Research on vBRAS in Metropolitan Area Network

BRAS作为城域网综合业务接入控制设备,承载了宽带、IPTV、ITMS等多种业务,而vBRAS是城域网虚似化的典型应用。笔者分析了传统BRAS的弊端,结合网络发展趋势,介绍了vBRAS在城域网中的部署应用,探讨了关键技术及主要业务实现方式。软硬件解耦、转控分离是vBRAS的发展方向。网络演进应以提高用户感知、提升业务能力和运维管理智能化为目标,稳步推进新技术的试点应用。

As an integrated service access control equipment for MAN,BRAS carries many services such as broadband,IPTV,ITMS,etc.VBRAS is a typical application of virtual MAN.This paper analyses the disadvantages of traditional BRAS,introduces the deployment and application of vBRAS in metropolitan area network,and discusses the key technologies and the main business implementation methods.Software and hardware decoupling and control separation are the development direction of vBRAS.Network evolution should aim at improving user perception,business capability and operation and maintenance management intelligence,and steadily promote the pilot application of new technologies.
