随着计算机实验教学的全面开展,此情况下,由于计算机软硬件的特殊性,对计算机设备及软件的日常故障处理和维护工作提出了更高的要求,影响了教学实验工作的质量和效率,增加了计算机实验室设备的维护成本。基于此,介绍了计算机实验室故障的总体情况和软硬件故障处理的方法,说明了计算机实验室维护工作的整体要求和软硬件维护工作的要点,并提出了相关建议。

With the development of computer experiment teaching in an all-round way,in this case,due to the particularity of computer software and hardware,higher requirements are put forward for the daily fault handling and maintenance of computer equipment and software,which affects the quality and efficiency of teaching experiment and increases the maintenance cost of computer laboratory equipment.Based on this,this paper introduces the general situation of computer laboratory faults and the methods of dealing with software and hardware faults,explains the overall requirements of computer laboratory maintenance and the main points of software and hardware maintenance,and puts forward relevant suggestions.
