Development of the "Three Importances and One Greatness" Management System

为了贯彻党中央、国务院要求国有企业决策层落实'三重一大'的集体决策制度,开发了'三重一大'管理信息系统。通过对SSM框架和Activiti流程引擎进行封装,开发了'三重一大'管理系统,设计了四个阶段十五个环节,实现了通过信息化手段规范'三重一大'决策流程。系统设计了审批留痕的功能,并与任务管理系统进行集成,保证决策过程的可追踪性和执行的及时性。

In order to implement the collective decision-making system of'three-fold and one-big',which is required by the Party Central Committee and the State Council,a management information system of'three-fold and one-big'has been developed.By encapsulating the SSM framework and Activiti process engine,a'triple and big'management system is developed.Fifteen links in four stages are designed to standardize the'triple and big'decision-making process by means of informationization.The system designs the function of examination and approval mark,and integrates with task management system to ensure the traceability of decision-making process and the timeliness of execution.
