摘要
随着我国医药卫生事业改革的不断深入和推进,医院后勤服务体系和管理模式需要不断创新和调整,实现医院的高速跨越式发展,这对医院后勤部门服务管理水平提出了更高的要求。现代医院后勤工作管理水平的提高,离不开信息化手段的支撑,同时,更需要科学的管理理念进行引导,确保后勤管理工作的顺利开展,提高医院后勤服务效率和质量。笔者从医院后勤管理的国内外现状、后勤信息化管理存在的不足、信息化平台的搭建与应用场景以及加强信息化管理的方法等方面,讨论促进医院实现后勤信息化管理的意义。
With the deepening and advancement of medical and health reform in China,the hospital logistics service system and management model need to be constantly innovated and adjusted to achieve rapid and leapfrog development of the hospital,which puts forward higher requirements for the service management level of the hospital logistics department.The improvement of modern hospital logistics management can not be separated from the support of information technology.At the same time,scientific management concept is more needed to guide,ensure the smooth development of logistics management and improve the efficiency and quality of hospital logistics service.The author discusses the significance of promoting hospital logistics information management from the aspects of the current situation at home and abroad,the shortcomings of logistics information management,the construction and application scenarios of information platform and the methods of strengthening information management.
