In the era of knowledge economy,knowledge has become the key resource for organizations to gain competitive advantage.In order to analyze the influencing factors of knowledge sharing among supply chain organizations,the causality of knowledge sharing among supply chain organizations is analyzed by using system dynamics method,and the system dynamics model is constructed.The countermeasures and suggestions to promote knowledge sharing among supply chain organizations are put forward.This model uses the system dynamics method to analyze the effectiveness of knowledge sharing among supply chain organizations,and fits the process of knowledge sharing among actual supply chain organizations.
