大数据技术应用于图书馆信息服务优化的研究

Research on the Application of Big Data Technology in Library Information Service Optimization

目前,图书馆服务领域大多采用传统线下实体模式,但这种模式与现代用户需求不符,导致传统图书馆服务模式逐渐走向消亡。针对这一现象,众多学者提出在图书馆服务领域应用大数据,即通过大数据技术改变传统图书馆服务模式,形成信息化服务模式,提高服务水平。此概念的提出得到了人们的广泛关注,已有实验性案例出现。为了解大数据在图书馆服务领域的应用表现,笔者分析了大数据的基本功能、大数据图书馆信息服务体系和大数据如何提高服务水平。

At present,the traditional offline entity mode is mostly used in the field of Library services,but this mode does not meet the needs of modern users,leading to the gradual disappearance of the traditional library service mode.In view of this phenomenon,many scholars put forward the application of big data in the field of Library service,that is,to change the traditional library service mode through big data technology,to form an information service mode and to improve the service level.This concept has attracted widespread attention,and experimental cases have emerged.In order to understand the application of big data in the field of Library services,the author analyses the basic functions of big data,the information service system of big data library and how to improve the service level of big data.
