摘要 大数据时代,随着社会的快速发展,教育领域强调个性化教育,教师应积极面向全体学生,发现学生的独特性,承认个性差异,鼓励个性发展,因材施教,最大程度展现所有学生的个性和潜力。基于此,通过分析高职院校学生主体的个性化差异,探索研究大数据背景下教师推进学生主体个性化学习的策略,为后续教育改革和促进学生个性化学习提供参考。 In the era of big data,with the rapid development of society,personalized education is emphasized in the field of education.Teachers should actively face all students,discover their uniqueness,recognize their differences,encourage their personality development,and teach students in accordance with their aptitude,so as to maximize the personality and potential of all students.Based on this,by analyzing the personalized differences of students in Higher Vocational colleges,this paper explores and studies the strategies for teachers to promote students’personalized learning under the background of big data,which can provide reference for the follow-up education reform and the promotion of students’personalized learning.
