Construction and Implementation of Air Conditioning After-Sale Intelligent System

基于Java Web开发框架,笔者构建了一套MRO模式的空调售后智能系统。该平台集合了用户信息、产品信息、设备维修单生成、参数等功能,不仅能满足售后服务管理系统相关需求,还能改进现有传统管理的不足,提升智能化管理效能,完善管理流程,增强系统的智能化、便捷度。

Based on Java Web development framework,the author constructs a MRO model of air conditioning after-sales intelligent system.The platform integrates user information,product information,equipment maintenance order generation,parameters and other functions.It can not only meet the relevant requirements of after-sales service management system,but also improve the shortcomings of the existing traditional management,enhance the efficiency of intelligent management,improve the management process,and enhance the intellectualization and convenience of the system.
