2000年出版研究著作25种,涉及选注、今译、义理、考证、校勘、文化、史学、传播等方面。其中萧兵的美学研究、熊任望的本体研究、黄灵庚的异文辩证、张炜的经典今读、钱玉趾的九歌新解、袁梅的词典编纂,皆新颖可喜,允见功力,是对楚辞学的新贡献。

The year of 2000 sees 25 new publications on Chuci, varying from anthology, to new translation, archeological proofreading, cultural or historical study and so forth. Among them, those worth my mentioning are the Aesthetic Studies by Xiao Bing, Ontological Studies by Xiong Renwang, Dialectic Comparative Study by Huang Linggeng,the Selected Classic Readings by Zhang Wei,New Anthology of Jiuge by Qian Yuzhi,Lexicographical Study by Yuan Mei. They all serve as the up-to-date contribution to the study of the Chuci.
