心房颤动冷冻球囊消融治疗研究近况 被引量:1

摘要 心房颤动是最常见的心律失常之一,常伴心力衰竭及血栓栓塞,其致残率、致死率较高。目前导管射频消融治疗总体成功率约80%,然而射频导管消融术手术并发症多,学习曲线长,技术理论及操作难度大。冷冻球囊消融是一种新型、可选择、有效的心房颤动治疗方法,安全、有效且易于操作,具有重要临床意义。 Atrial fibrillation is one of the most common arrhythmias,often accompanied by heart failure and thromboembolism,and its morbidity and mortality are higher. At present,the overall success rate of radiofrequency catheter ablation treatment is about 80%.However,radiofrequency catheter ablation has many complications,long learning curve,and difficult technical theory and operation.Cryoballoon-based ablation is a new,alternative and effective method for the treatment of atrial fibrillation. It is safe,effective and easy to operate,and has important clinical significance.
