摘要 甲状腺与心血管这两个器官系统在胚胎发育之时便有着紧密的联系,甲状腺功能障碍与心血管病发病率之间的病理生理关系一直是人们关注的焦点。甲状腺激素对整个循环系统的主要组成部分具有普遍影响。而甲状腺激素的分泌通常会受到促甲状腺激素的控制,即促甲状腺激素是直接调节甲状腺形态和功能的关键激素。血清促甲状腺激素的浓度是反映甲状腺功能最敏感的指标,它的变化往往先于甲状腺激素,从而能更早更准确地反映甲状腺功能的异常。有研究发现促甲状腺激素水平的升高与心血管疾病风险的增加有关,故现就近些年关于促甲状腺激素及心血管系统疾病的研究进展做一综述。 There is a close link between the thyroid gland and the cardiovascular system at the time of embryonic development. The pathophysiological relationship between thyroid dysfunction and the incidence of cardiovascular disease(CVD) has always been the focus of attention. Thyroid hormone(TH) has a general effect on the major components of the entire circulatory system. The secretion of TH is controlled by thyroid stimulating hormone(TSH),which is the key hormone directly regulating the thyroid’s morphology and function. The concentration of TSH is the most sensitive indicator of thyroid function,and its change is often preceded by TH,which can reflect the abnormality of thyroid function earlier and more accurately. Some studies have found that elevated levels of TSH are associated with an increased risk of cardiovascular disease,so this article will review recent advances in research on TSH and cardiovascular disease.
