药物涂层球囊在冠状动脉分叉病变中的应用

Application of Drug-coated Balloon in Coronary Bifurcation Lesions

分叉病变解剖形态各异,双支架技术操作复杂,手术成功率低,再狭窄率高。为了克服药物洗脱支架的不足,药物涂层球囊应运而生。现通过分析药物洗脱支架+普通球囊、药物涂层球囊+金属裸支架、单纯药物涂层球囊在冠状动脉分叉病变中的相关临床研究进行综述。

Bifurcation lesions have different anatomical forms,complicated operation with double stents,low success rate and high restenosis rate. Drug-coated balloons were developed to overcome the shortage of drug-eluting stents. In this paper,the clinical studies of drug-eluting stent combination conventional balloon,drug-coated balloon combination bare mental stent and drug-coated balloon alone in bifurcation lesions of coronary arteries were reviewed.
