摘要
传统上认为高血压及高血压相关靶器官损伤的发病机制与血流动力学有关,近年研究显示免疫应答与高血压及其相关靶器官损伤相关。补体激活通过调节先天免疫和特异性免疫应答,参与高血压及高血压相关靶器官损伤的病理机制。补体C3和C5的裂解片段可以发挥抗炎作用以减弱炎症反应损伤。现对经典和非经典补体激活途径在高血压及高血压肾损伤中的作用进行详细分析。
Traditionally,it is believed that the pathogenesis of hypertension and hypertension-related target organ damage is related to hemodynamics. Recent studies have shown that immune response is related to hypertension and target organ damage. Complement activation participates in the pathogenesis of hypertension and target organ damage by regulating innate and specific immune responses. Complement fragments of C3 and C5 can play an anti-inflammatory role to reduce the damage of inflammatory response. The role of classical and nonclassical complement activation pathways in hypertension and hypertensive renal damage was analyzed in detail.
