论教师绩效评价——基于国内教师绩效评价研究与实践的思考 被引量:1

摘要 当前,国内学术界对教师绩效评价普遍持一种否定和批判的态度。笔者通过考察与分析发现,这种批判多是从对教师绩效评价的误解出发,事实上很难全面客观地认识和看待教师绩效评价。本文从对教师绩效评价的概念考察出发。
