改良扩大Morrow手术治疗主动脉瓣膜下梗阻合并左心室中部梗阻伴室壁瘤一例

摘要 1病例资料患者男性,42岁,因活动后胸闷气短10年加重1年于2016年8月29日入院。患者10年前出现活动后胸闷、心悸、气短伴胸痛,至当地医院就诊行心脏超声检查提示'肥厚性梗阻性心肌病',给予内科药物治疗后症状无明显缓解。1年前患者症状明显加重,活动耐量逐渐减低,为进一步治疗至我院门诊就诊,以'肥厚性梗阻性心肌病'拟行手术入院。患者入院后行超声心动图(图1a)提示:
