平阳霉素联合聚桂醇治疗口腔颌面部血管瘤的临床效果研究

Clinical effect of pingyangmycin combined with polyglycerol in the treatment of oral and maxillofacial hemangioma

目的分析平阳霉素联合聚桂醇治疗口腔颌面部血管瘤的临床效果。方法此次研究选取的研究对象为口腔颌面部血管瘤患者60例,根据治疗方式不同进行分组,分别为对照组与观察组,每组30例,给予对照组平阳霉素治疗,给予观察组平阳霉素联合聚桂醇治疗。回顾分析两组患者临床资料,对比治疗效果与不良反应,使用统计学进行分析。结果比对两组患者治疗有效率,观察组明显优于对照组,组间差异呈P<0.05,表示统计学意义存在。比对两组患者不良反应,观察组明显低于对照组,组间差异呈P<0.05,表示统计学意义存在。结论口腔颌面部血管瘤患者实施平阳霉素联合聚桂醇治疗,有效提高治疗有效率,降低不良反应发生率,具有显著的治疗效果。

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of Pingyangmycin combined with Polidocanol in the treatment of oral and maxillofacial hemangioma. Methods A total of 60 patients with oral and maxillofacial hemangioma were divided into control group and observation group according to different treatment methods. Each group had30 cases. The control group was treated with Pingyangmycin, and the observation group was treated with Pingyangmycin and Polycinnamon. The clinical data of the two groups were retrospectively analyzed. The therapeutic effects and adverse reactions were compared and analyzed by statistical methods. Results Compared with the two groups,there are obvious difference(P value is smaller than 0.05) between the two groups of the treatment efficiency that the observation group was significantly better than the control group. Compared with the adverse reactions of the two groups, there are also obvious difference(P value is smaller than 0.05) between the two groups that the observation group was significantly lower. Conclusion Pingyangmycin combined with Polidocanol can effectively improve the treatment efficiency and reduce the rate of adverse reaction, which has remarkable therapeutic effect.
