泡沫硬化剂联合大隐静脉高位结扎术治疗下肢静脉曲张的临床观察

Clinical observation of foam sclerosing agent combined with high saphenous vein ligation in the treatment of varicose veins of lower extremities

目的观察泡沫硬化剂联合大隐静脉高位结扎术治疗下肢静脉曲张的临床疗效。方法选择我院收治的64例下肢静脉曲张患者为本次研究对象,按照是否联合泡沫硬化剂将所有患者分为对照组隐静脉高位结扎剥脱术与实验组泡沫硬化剂联合大隐静脉高位结扎术,比较两组患者治疗效果。结果实验组患者治疗显效率(53.13%)、有效率(43.75%)、总有效率(96.88%)均明显高于对照组显效率、有效率、总有效率,P<0.05。结论对于下肢静脉曲张患者泡沫硬化剂联合大隐静脉高位结扎术治疗效果明显优于隐静脉高位结扎术剥脱治疗。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of foam sclerosing agent combined with high saphenous vein ligation in the treatment of varicose veins of lower extremities. Methods Sixty-four patients with lower extremity varices were enrolled in this study. All patients were divided into control group, saphenous vein high ligation and stripping, and experimental group foam sclerosing combined with saphenous vein high ligation according to whether or not combined with foam sclerosing agent. The therapeutic effect of the two groups of patients. Results In the experimental group, the effective rate of treatment(53.13%), effective rate(43.75%), and total effective rate(96.88%)were significantly higher than those of the control group, effective rate, and total effective rate, P<0.05. Conclusion The effect of foam sclerosing agent combined with high saphenous vein ligation in patients with varicose veins of lower extremity is better than that of saphenous vein ligation.
