快速康复外科护理在腹腔镜下胆囊切除术患者围术期护理中的应用

Application of fast rehabilitation surgical nursing in perioperative nursing of patients undergoing laparoscopic cholecystectomy

目的研究快速康复外科护理在腹腔镜下胆囊切除术患者围术期护理中的应用。方法选取2018年1月1日-12月31日我院收治的腹腔镜下胆囊切除术患者260例,将这些患者随机分为对照组和研究组两组,每组130例,对照组患者给予常规护理,研究组给予快速康复护理,比较护理后的两组护理满意度。结果研究组患者及其家属的护理满意度显著优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论快速康复外科护理在腹腔镜下胆囊切除术患者围术期护理中能够比较好地减少手术的时间,并发症发生的概率相对低,患者以及患者家属的护理满意度较高,是一种安全经济有效的治疗措施,值得在临床上广泛应用。

Objective To study the application of rapid rehabilitation surgery nursing in perioperative nursing of patients undergoing laparoscopic cholecystectomy. Methods 260 patients with laparoscopic cholecystectomy admitted to our hospital from Jan. 1 to Dec. 31, 2018 were randomly divided into two groups: control group and study group, with 130 cases in each group. The control group was given routine nursing, while the study group was given rapid rehabilitation nursing, and the nursing satisfaction of the two groups after nursing was compared. Results The nursing satisfaction of the study group and its family members was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion Rapid rehabilitation surgery nursing in perioperative nursing of patients undergoing laparoscopic cholecystectomy can reduce the operation time, the probability of complications is relatively low, and the satisfaction of patients and their family members is high. It is a safe, economic and effective treatment measure, and it is worth being widely used in clinic.
