摘要
在某车型开发过程中,考虑了25%小偏置碰撞工况,对车身前端结构提出了"避能"结构的设计理念,并在这一理念的指导下,重新设计了上短梁,使它与前纵梁、前副车架通过传力机构连成一体,同时提高了上、下A柱的结构刚度。通过仿真优化及试验验证,使原车体评价为Poor等级提升到Good等级,证明了"避能"结构设计理念的正确性。
To cope with the 25 % small overlap frontal crash mode,a design method of'energy-avoiding'frontal structure is developed in the development process of one certain vehicle. Under the guidance of this method,the upper short beam is redesigned,enabling the beam to fit the front longitudinal beam and the front sub-frame through the force transmission mechanism,at the same time,the structure stiffness of the upper and lower A-pillar is improved. By simulation optimization and test verification,the structural rating is elevated from Poor to Good,which proves the correctness of the'energy-avoiding'structure design method.
