摘要
某超高层建筑深基坑施工期间,为满足施工人员上下基坑的需求,需设计深基坑通道,以往的基坑通道主要以脚手架和混凝土结构的通道居多,这两种通道存在安全性差和施工周期长的问题;针对以上问题提出了深基坑钢结构垂直通道的设计方法;为保证通道的安全,根据施工现场实际情况提出施工荷载,并根据现场施工方案准确地建立了计算模型,使用有限元分析软件准确地模拟实际施工过程中垂直通道最不利工况的力学性能,分析模拟了钢结构框架楼梯投入使用后的实际情况,最后通过对实物的现场监测数据与模型数据对比,综合分析数字化结果并得出准确结论,在类似的深基坑项目施工中具有推广意义。
It is necessary to design the vertical passage of deep foundation pit for construction workers climbing or downing the foundation pits. The existing foundation passage has two main structures: scaffolding and concrete,they were poor in safety and long in construction period. Present a steel structure vertical passage design method for deep foundation pit,propose the construction load according to the actual conditions at the construction site,establish the calculation model,simulation and analysis mechanical properties of vertical passage in the most unfavorable working conditions with finite element analysis software,simulation and analysis the practical situation after the steel frame staircase is put into use,compare field monitoring data with model data. This method is useful in the similar deep foundation pit projects construction.
