提高行星架同轴度、圆跳动和平行度的应用研究 被引量:3

摘要 针对某型号行星架生产效率低以及同轴度、圆跳动和平行度超差的问题,对该行星架零件结构进行了分析,并对夹具进行了改进设计,制定了新的加工工艺。生产实践证明:夹具改进设计并采用新的加工工艺后,行星架的加工效率提高了25%,合格率提高到98%以上,为企业解决了一项技术难题,并提高了经济效益。 Aiming at the problem of low efficiency,coaxiality,circle run-out and parallelism accuracy of a planet carrier,the fixture is improved by analyzing the structure of planet carrier,and a new processing technology has been worked out. Production practice has proved that: after the fixture improvement design and the adoption of new processing technology,the processing efficiency of the planet carrier has been improved by 25 %,the passing rate has been increased to more than 98 %,which has solved a technical problem for the enterprise and improved the economic efficiency.
