Na Cl对含水率传感器检测精度影响的实验研究 被引量:2

摘要 微波相移法是目前能实现高含水原油含水率检测的有效方法之一,但该方法的检测精度会受多种因素(如温度、矿化度等)的影响而产生一定的检测误差,不同组份的矿化度对原油含水率检测精度的影响规律各异[1-2]。针对单组份矿化度(Na Cl),通过实验分析得出了其对微波法原油含水率传感器检测精度的影响规律,通过二元回归分析法建立了误差校正的数学模型,利用最小二乘法和MATLAB软件,求解出了单组份矿化度(Na Cl)对微波法原油含水率传感器检测误差的校正公式,把微波相移法原油含水率传感器的检测误差由原来的4. 95%降低到1. 26%,提高了原油含水率的检测精度。 Microwave phase shifting method is one of the effective methods for detecting water content of crude oil with high water cut. However,the detection accuracy of this method will be affected by many factors,such as temperature,salinity etc,which will lead to a certain detection error,the influence of salinity with different components on the detection accuracy of water content is different. For the one component of salinity( Na Cl),its influence rule on the measurement accuracy of water content is analyzed by experiment,a mathematical model for correcting the errors was established by two-dimensional regression analysis,by using least square method and MATLAB,the formula of correcting the effect of one component of Na Cl on detecting accuracy of moisture content for microwave method is obtained,the detection error of moisture content sensor for microwave method has been decreased from 4. 95 % to 1. 26 %,and the detection accuracy of water content is greatly improved.
