摘要
动态顾客需求的价值建模是设计具有可持续价值的复杂产品系统的前提。提出一种基于情景规划和多属性效用理论的动态顾客需求的价值建模方法。利用情景规划技术分析系统应用情景,对系统应用情景元素进行参数化,进而进行情景划分和组合。在此基础上,识别情景所对应的动态顾客需求,并利用多属性效用理论对每一系统应用情景中的顾客需求进行价值建模。最后,给出一个雷达卫星系统的动态顾客需求的价值建模例子,对提出的方法进行了验证。
Value modeling of dynamic customer needs is a prelude and provides input for designing complex product systems with sustainable value. An approach is proposed on basis of scenario planning and multi-attribute utility theory for value modeling of dynamic customer needs. Scenario planning is used for computationally analyzing system contexts,including parameters of system contexts,their partitions and combinations. Dynamic customer needs are then identified with respect to their system context,and are modeled with multi-attribute utility theory. The value model can transform multi-dimension customer needs into a number that stands for value. Finally,the proposed approach is validated through an example of value modeling of dynamic customer needs on a radar satellite.
