摘要 环式减速机在使用过程中常出现振动、噪声大、发热等问题,提出一种由一级渐开线传动和一级摆线传动组成的二级同轴双曲柄行星传动,对其结构特点及传动原理进行了分析;在综合考虑齿轮系统时变刚度、齿侧间隙和制造误差的基础上,建立了包含齿轮副、传动轴、轴承和箱体的齿轮系统完整的动力学模型,,反映了传动系统和结构系统的耦合效应;考虑减速机三种内部激励情况下,用有限元软件预估了齿轮箱的动态响应,验证了该结构的合理性。 Common drawbacks,such as producing vibration,noise and heat during the operation of Ring type reducer,in order to deal with these problems,we have put forward a kind of composed of first-class involute gearing and cycloid transmission secondary coaxial double crank planetary transmission. We have analyzed the structure,characteristics and the transmission principle. Considering that the gear system time-varying stiffness,backlash and manufacturing error,on the basis of established contains the gear, shaft,bearing and gear box body complete system dynamic model,and reflects the coupling effect of trans-mission system and structural system. Consider three types of internal incentive reducer case,the finite ele-ment software estimates the dynamic response of the gear box,verified the rationality of the structure.
