摘要 针对太阳能光伏电池工作状况易变,模型参数不精确,提出了一种基于I-V特性曲线的太阳能光伏电池数学模型。在标准日照强度(1000W/m2)和外界环境温度(25℃)条件下建立MATLAB仿真模型,通过与其他模型仿真方法进行对比,验证了光伏电池输出特性与实际I-V特性曲线保持一致。分析了模型中等效串联电阻和等效并联电阻变化时,对光伏电池输出特性的影响。计算出该模型的系统相对误差小于6%,符合工程所要求的误差范围,在实际工程应用中具有一定的参考价值。 For the conditions of solar photovoltaic cells volatile work changing and the imprecise model parameters,propose a mathematical model of solar photovoltaic cells based on the IV characteristic curve. Under the conditions of standard sunlight intensity(1000W / m2)and ambient temperature(25 ℃),MATLAB simulation model is established and verifies the consistency of the output characteristics of photovoltaic cells and the actual IV characteristic curve by comparison with other model simulation method. Analyzing the changing of the equivalent series resistance and the equivalent parallel resistance in model,which exert an influence on the output characteristics of the photovoltaic cell. The system relative error of the model is less than 6%,in line with the requirements of the error range of projects,with some reference value in practical engineering applications.
