摘要
远程荧光技术作为白光LED封装的方式之一,近年来得到广泛的研究。本文采用热学和光学测试相结合的方法,测试研究了远程荧光器件的热学特性。研究结果表明:荧光粉具有自加热现象,白光LED的光衰主要是由荧光粉的衰减引起的。
The remote phosphor technology as a way of packaging the white LED has been widely studied in recent years. In this paper, thermal and optical testing method are combined to study the ther-mal characteristics of the remote phosphor device, the findings show that: phosphors with self-heating phenomenon, white LED light decline is mainly caused by the phosphor decay.
