摘要
在电能的生产过程中,仅仅从能量平衡的角度进行电站节能分析,忽略电能与燃料价格的不同,存在一定的片面性。本文以某国产600MW超临界发电机组为例,基于综合考虑上网电价、燃料价格和厂用电率因素的综合成本煤耗,分别以供电煤耗与综合成本煤耗作为评价指标,通过对机组冷端系统进行变工况计算及分析,探讨在不同负荷及电煤比价系数下电站冷端系统的最优运行模式。计算结论表明,大型电站运行策略应综合考虑电价、煤价因素,机组在综合成本煤耗峰值点下运行能给发电企业带来更多利润。此外。
In the production process of electric energy, the energy saving analysis method which only focuses on the energy balance but ignores the different price of electric energy and fuel energy, is one-sided. Take a domestic 600MW supercritical power generation as an example, based on the total cost coal consumption rate which regards the factors of on-grid price, fuel price and station service power consumption rate, with net coal consumption rate and total cost coal consumption rate as evaluation index respectively, by the means of the varying condition calculation of cold end system, the optimal running condition will be discussed under the different load and ratio coefficient of electricity and coal. The con-clusion shows that the factors of on-grid price and fuel price should be regarded in the running strategy;ratio coefficient of electricity and coal will affect the running model of device.
