Research and application development on gravity separation of fine iron ore

我国有大量细粒嵌布的难选铁矿石资源,重选工艺在该类资源的选矿回收中具有重要地位。本文对重选理论中矿粒运动特征进行了总结,对细粒铁矿选别中的重选工艺及设备现状进行了归纳,并分析了存在的问题,指出了发展的方向。本文从重选角度,对我国难选细粒铁矿的高效选矿回收提供了一定的借鉴。

There is large low-grade and fine-size refractory iron ores in China. Gravity separation plays an important role in dealing with those resources. This paper summarizes the movement characteristics of mineral particles, and evaluates currently gravity separation technology&equipment, and analyzes the current problems and points out its development trend. From the perspective of gravity separation, the paper can provide references for efifciently processing ifne-size refractory iron ores.
