Analysis of Industry Rectifier System and Its Application Experience Based on Inductive Filtering Technology

摘要 结合常规的多脉波整流消谐技术,提出了一套应用感应滤波技术的新型节能滤波型整流变压器及其构建的12脉波工业直流供电系统,力求解决现有供电机组谐波污染严重、损耗大及效率低的缺点。在介绍节能滤波型整流变压器的技术上,对其的汇流消谐及感应滤波原理进行了分析,并提出了此直流供电系统需解决的关键问题。根据实际工程应用,从谐波抑制、功率因数、系统损耗与效率等方面对新型机组进行了测试与分析,结果表明此12脉波整流系统具有谐波抑制效果优、功率因数高及节能等优点,可有效解决现有电解、化工、冶金等领域难以解决的谐波及损耗问题。 In order to resolve the current power supply unit harmonic pollution,high loss and low efficiency problems,based on the conventional multi-pulse rectifier elimination harmonic technology,this paper presents a set of inductive filtering and energy saving rectifier transformer and structures a new 12- pulse industrial DC power supply system.The new rectifier transformer applies induction filtering technology.The technology of inductive filtering and energy saving rectifier transformer has been introduced,and its harmonic elimination and inductive filtering principles have been analyzed,and also,the key problems that the dc power supply system need to solve have been put forward.According to the actual engineering application,simulation and practical test and analysis have been took to the new system on harmonic suppression,power factor,system loss and the efficiency.The results show that new 12- pulse industrial DC power supply system has the advantages of good harmonic suppression effect,high power factor and saving energy etc,which can effectively resolve the problem of harmonic and loss in electrolysis,chemical industry,metallurgy,etc.
