摘要 本文针对多车型结构中配置结果不易验证、配置操作比较复杂等问题,从车型BOM配置方式、零部件间的组织关系等方面进行了研究,综合考虑了零部件的版本、状态、有效性及零部件间的组织关系,提出了一种规范的车型配置设计方案,并将"配置条件解析结果"和FFC作为校验条件,设计出了一套有效的车型配置校验流程。该方案在某汽车企业PDM系统中已得到很好的应用,大大提高了配置管理的正确性。 There’re many problems existing in the configuration management with Multi Model Structure such as configuration’s result not being easily verified, configuration’s operation is too complex, and so on. This paper studied the way of BOM configuration and the relationship among the product’s parts. Based on the part version, part status, part effective and the relationship among the components, this paper proposed a standard configuration scheme, which introduced the configuration’s analytical results and FFC as the check conditions. By the check conditions, we designed an effective check rule for Multi Mode Structure configuration management. The scheme is used successfully in some car enterprises. It greatly improves the correctness of configuration management.
