摘要 针对无人值班变电站调度数据网双网络建立和PCM(脉冲编码调制)设备作用弱化的现状,结合电力调度交换机组网情形,提出电力调度3种实现方案。并对各种方案的优越性、应用场景和实施情况以及投资进行了阐述。根据变电站的具体情况,提出了采用调度交换机远端模块和通过IP放号的电力调度电话实现方式,保障了调度电话的可靠实施和主备电话的独立性,减少了系统配置,节省了设备投资。 ABSTRACT:For the unattended substation dispatching data network, double network building, and the current situation of the PCM(pulse code modulation)equipment function weakened, combining with the electric power dispatching exchange network, we put forward three kinds of electric power dispatching scheme And the advantages, application scenarios, and investment of various schemes are described in this paper. According to the speciifc situation of the substation, switch remote module and through the IP number allocation way of the realization of the electric power dispatching telephone are proposed to guarantee the reliable implementation of dispatching telephone and advocate for the independence of the telephone, at the same time, reduced the system conifguration, and save equipment investment.
