摘要
建设具有防冰研究、试验、应用等综合功能的试验基地,可满足电网公司在防止线路冰灾与输变电工程方面的技术研究应用的要求,对于电网的安全运行具有重要意义。防冰综合技术应用示范基地选址在具有高海拔、强风、雨水和自然覆冰等独特自然条件的地区,本文详细介绍了该基地的总体规划、建设方案、主要试验功能和技术特点;重点就高海拔特高压自然覆冰交直流试验线段、电网设备带电覆冰观测及考核场和户外冲击试验场、高海拔人工气候实验室的功能设计等进行了研究和讨论。基于该基地的地形条件与设备功能,能有效研究特高压交直流输电线路自然覆冰的变化规律,研究电网设备防冰、除冰、融冰方法和技术措施,并开展防冰减灾的技术培训等。
ABSTRACT:In order to meet the power grid company to prevent icing disaster and power transmission engineering tech-nology research and application, the construction of anti ice research, experiment and application of integrated functions of the test base is of great significance for the safe operation of the power grid. Anti icing comprehensive technology application dem-onstration base in the area with high altitude, strong wind, rain and natural ice cover and other unique natural conditions of the region. This paper introduces in detail the base of the overall planning, construction scheme, main testing functions and technical features of; focus on and discussed the high altitude UHV icing and DC test line, grid equipment charged Ice Observation and examination field and outdoor blow test field, high altitude artificial climate laboratory of functional design. Based on the base of the terrain conditions and equipment function, we can effective research on UHV AC and DC transmission line icing and varia-tion, studying power equipment anti icing and deicing and melting ice methods and technical measures, and to carry out anti ice disaster reduction of technical training and so on.
