摘要
随着制造业的不断发展,如何提高实现小批量、多品种的生产效率,并使其具有智能化性能至关重要。柔性制造技术将自动化生产、信息技术处理和制造加工技术结合起来,利用先进制造技术、计算机信息处理技术适应新时代的生产要求。本文描述了国内外目前钣金柔性生产线的发展历程;总结了其关键技术及研究现状,包括钣金制造加工技术、钣金自动化上下料及自动化立体仓储等,并在分析前文的基础上介绍了钣金柔性制造技术的发展动向。最后,提出了一种基于闸式的柔性生产线,实现钣金件自动化生产加工。
With the continuous development of the manufacturing industry, how to improve the production efficiency of small batches and multiple varieties and make them intelligent is essential. Flexible manufacturing technology combines automated production, information technology processing and manufacturing processing technology, using advanced manufacturing technology and computer information processing technology to meet the production requirements of the new era. This paper describes the development history of the current sheet metal flexible production line at home and abroad;summarizes its key technologies and research status, including sheet metal manufacturing and processing technology, sheet metal automated loading and unloading and automated three-dimensional storage, etc., and introduces the basis of the analysis. The development trend of gold flexible manufacturing technology. Finally, a flexible production line based on gate is proposed to realize automatic production and processing.
