摘要
加速度计线圈在电磁场中产生电磁力矩,是加速度计重要敏感元件,绕制质量对加速度计性能有重要影响作用。目前绕制成品存在堆叠、散乱,排线不整齐,成品率低的问题。通过对现有力矩器线圈绕制工序的全面分析,梳理出设备参数的起始位置、排线宽度、绕线线径等三个主要因素,经过均匀设计试验进行优化,成品率从优化前的60%提高到80%以上。
The accelerometer coil generates electromagnetic torque in the electromagnetic field, which is an important sensor of the accelerometer. The quality of the winding has an important influence on the performance of the accelerometer. At present, there is a problem that the finished product is stacked, scattered, the wiring is not neat, and the yield is low. Through the comprehensive analysis of the winding process of the existing torque coil, the three main factors, such as the starting position of the equipment parameters, the width of the cable, and the diameter of the winding, are sorted out. After optimization by uniform design test, the yield increased from 60% to over 80%.
