摘要
2011年8月号中,本刊以《新材料产业深圳崛起进行时》为题,对深圳新材料产业进行了首度聚焦。时隔一载半后,本刊再度聚焦新材料产业。新材料,作为新出现的具有优异性能和特殊功能的材料,或是传统材料改进后性能明显提高和产生新功能的材料。每一项重大新技术的产生几乎都依赖于新材料的发展,把新材料定义为高新技术产业和先进制造业的基石,毫不为过。"十二五"期间,经济结构战略性调整为新材料产业提供了重要发展机遇。国务院《关于加快培育和发展战略性新兴产业的决定》中,新材料产业被定性为"国民经济的先导产业"、"重要的战略性新兴产业"。作为单独专项被提升到国家发展战略层面,对于任何一个产业都是前所未有的高度,由此可见新材料产业对构建国家现代产业体系的重大意义。
The new materials are the revolutionary forces of driving the traditional industry upgrading.In recent years,the new materials industry grows quickly in Shenzhen.And this industry has begun to take shape.There are a large number of innovative small and mediumsized enterprises,which cover numerous areas and in the leading position nationwide.Shenzhen new materials industry has walked the development path,which takes the enteipnses as the main part,and is a market-oriented approach from the beginning,because of no advantage of factor endowment.In order to further consolidate the results of the industrial development and promote a safe and sound development of the trade,on the one hand Shenzhen Municipal Government will strengthen the construction of Science and Technology incubators and industrialization base,and on the other hand the government will vigorously promote the cooperation in the industrial chain.
