水性防腐蚀隔热涂料的制备与性能研究

摘要 以水性丙烯酸树脂为成膜物质,配合二氧化钛、改性磷酸锌等功能填料,制备了水性隔热防腐蚀涂料。采用盐雾实验,确定钼改性的磷酸性配合有机缓蚀剂具有良好的防腐蚀效果。光谱测试结果表明,钛白粉具有优异的反射隔热性能,用于隔热涂料的制备,能够显著提高涂料的太阳光反射比。综合考虑涂料的隔热和防腐蚀性能,确定涂料的最佳填料体积分数为20%~25%。 Using waterborne acrylic resin as main film-forming material and titanium dioxide as heatinsulating filler,a waterborne monocomponent anticorrosive and heat-insulating coating was prepared by adding anticorrosive pigments. The salt spray test show that coating with Molybdenum modified phosphate and organic inhibitor shows the best performance in corrosion resistant.The spectrum data of white filler shows that the titanium dioxide can improve the heat heatinsulating performance of the coating.Considering insulation and anti-corrosion performance at the same time,the optimum pigment volume content is about 20%~25%.
