热处理对纳米TiO_2薄膜结构和性能的影响

摘要 系统研究热处理机制对纳米TiO2薄膜的结构和性能的影响,其中包括热处理对薄膜晶相、形貌成分、透光性、亲水性和光催化性能的影响。研究结果表明:热处理对材料的成分没有影响,材料常温相以锐钛矿相为主,经热处理后向金红石型转变;另外,掺杂由于引起晶格畸变,热处理以后有利于晶相转变,形成混晶结构。同时热处理时的材料由疏水性转变为亲水性。 In this paper,pure phase nano TiO2 film and N/Fe,N/Fe/Ag co-doping nano TiO2 film were prepared by sol-gel procedure. And the photocatalytic performance of samples was evaluated using Rhodamine B aqueous solution as simulated contaminants. The results indicated element doping could effectively improve the photocatalytic effect of material,the samples show good Photocatalytic effect at the molar ratio of Fe/Ti=0.3/100,N/Ti=0.05~0.1,Ag/Ti=0.025/100.
